Hardware-wise, it utilizes the RP2040 microcontroller chip—designed in-house by Raspberry Pi—featuring a dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+ processor running at up to 133 MHz, 264 KB of internal SRAM, 2 MB of onboard memory, and 26 multi-function GPIO pins. On the software side, developers can choose between the official C/C++ SDK or MicroPython;
comprehensive documentation and tutorials are available to facilitate a quick start and enable rapid integration into products.
