Recently, according to a price increase notice sent by Renesas Electronics to customers, the prices of most of Renesas Electronics’ products and newly acquired Dialog products will be increased from January 1, 2022. The specific increase has not been stated.

Renesas Electronics said that in the entire semiconductor industry, due to front-end (wafer), back-end, test and packaging, and raw material capacity constraints, suppliers have significantly increased costs. In order to maintain the continuity of supply and long-term manufacturing, we must increase the prices of most of Renesas Electronics' products and our newly acquired Dialog products.

Renesas Electronics also stated that customer orders shipped before January 1, 2022 will be received at the current price. After January 1 next year, all existing orders and new orders will be processed at the new price.
